There are three different types of People Services:
Contract
This option represents the most frequently used among our three People Services offerings: When you require a specific role to be filled for a certain timeframe, simply let us know your requirements, specifying the desired type of candidate and duration of the assignment. We will diligently source and provide you with an individual who precisely matches your criteria and commit to do our very best to ensure their continued support for as long as you require their services.
Contract to Hire
Resumes and interviews provide valuable insights, but we only really get to know each other when we work together. To allow for this deeper connection to happen, WestCorp presents our 'Contract to Hire' option. This avenue enables you to engage a candidate for a full-time position initially as a Contractor through WestCorp for a duration of about 6 months. This approach affords both you and the candidate the opportunity to work together, getting to know each other, and assessing compatibility, before making the commitment to permanent employment. This option is particularly interesting for roles that require the relocation of the new employee and their family and/or for sites in remote locations.
Direct Hire
How We Find Our Candidates
Our favorite way of finding new candidates is by referral. We frequently receive referrals from both our client contacts as well as our own team members. Past performance and behavior can provide insight into the most likely future performance and behavior. Having a mutual contact with a candidate, whether it’s a team member, colleague, or client, has proven to be the highest assurance of success.

Furthermore, should a candidate not come through a direct referral, we actively seek out mutual connections within our extensive networks. Starting with reference checks from the references provided serves as a great initial step. However, having a mutual contact who can offer additional insights and feedback on a candidate for sure enhances our evaluation process.
